Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of webmediastreaming.com and the purchase of our services. By placing an order or creating an account you accept them.

1. Who we are

The controller is WebMediaTreaming.com, with registered office at Brazil.

2. Services

We offer digital services such as web design and development, online stores, maintenance, hosting, apps and digital marketing. What each plan includes (pages, features, revisions, timelines and support) is what appears in its description on the site or in the quote you accept. Anything else is quoted separately.

3. Prices, currency and payments

  • Our prices are set in US dollars (USD). For your convenience we show them converted to your local currency at today's rate; before you pay we tell you in which currency and for what amount you will be charged.
  • Card (Stripe) and PayPal payments are charged in USD and your bank makes the conversion; Mercado Pago, PIX or Pago Móvil charge the local-currency amount you saw in the cart.
  • Work starts once payment is confirmed. For manual payments (PIX, bank transfer, Pago Móvil) you must send the reference so we can verify it.
  • Monthly plans are charged in advance each month until you cancel them. A few days before each due date we email you the invoice.
  • If a monthly payment is more than 10 days overdue, the service may be suspended until it is paid.
  • Some plans, such as Monthly Website, have a minimum term shown on the plan before you pay. If you cancel before completing it, you can choose to continue until it ends or to leave at the end of the paid month without paying anything else; in that case the website goes offline and its design is not transferred. Once the minimum term is completed, the website becomes yours.

4. How we work

  • After payment we contact you to gather what we need: texts, logo, images, logins and references.
  • Delivery times start when we receive all that material. If the material is delayed, the deadline moves accordingly.
  • Each plan includes a number of revisions. Changes beyond what was agreed are quoted separately.
  • If a project is stalled for more than 60 days because the client does not respond, we may consider it delivered as it stands.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Provide content that belongs to you or that you have the right to use. You are responsible for the texts, images and trademarks you send us.
  • Do not use our services for illegal or fraudulent activities, to infringe third-party rights or to send spam.
  • Keep your account login secure.

6. Ownership of the work

Once the project is paid in full, the design and content created for you become yours. We keep ownership of our tools, templates and reusable code, for which we grant you a permanent licence to use in your project. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

7. Hosting, domains and third-party services

When a plan includes hosting, a domain or other third-party tools, their operation also depends on those providers. We do everything reasonable to keep them running without interruption, but we are not liable for failures beyond our control. If a monthly hosting plan is not paid, the site may be suspended after prior notice.

8. Warranty and support

We fix, at no cost, malfunctions in what we deliver during the support period stated in your plan. This does not cover changes made by third parties or problems caused by external updates, client content or misuse.

9. Cancellations and refunds

These are governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms. If you are a consumer in Brazil, you always have the 7-day right of withdrawal under art. 49 of the Consumer Protection Code.

10. Seller programme

People who register as sellers also accept the programme conditions shown when signing up. Commissions are generated only for paid sales and are cancelled if the order is refunded during the guarantee period.

11. Liability

We are liable for the services we provide as required by law. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence. In all other cases, the courts of the company's registered office are chosen. Before any claim, write to us: almost everything is solved by talking.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes do not affect orders already paid.
